| British Eventing launches new website Today British Eventing launched a new website packed with extra features and a sleek new-look with lots of information for members, media and Eventing fans. Accessed at www.britisheventing.com it is a one-stop-shop for all things Eventing. |  |
Top ten areas to view include:
1. Brand new Search facility located on the Homepage to look up results for individual horses and rider, where users can further refine and filter the search, including news items.
2. The Fixture List, accessed via Fixtures and Results on the Homepage now has easy to view colour-coded icons that show at a glance whether an event is open for entries. It also has two new columns showing when entries open and the ballot date and the status of each event. Also, when users first click into the Fixture List, it instantly displays the current month's events.
3. New to the Homepage is a Safety icon which links you directly through to all the latest information on Eventing safety. Find details on where you see the innovative BE Safety Research cross country fence and sign up to attend your nearest Safety Roadshow which start next week.
4. Keep up-to-date with all the breaking News by signing up for RSS news feeds - stands for Really Simple Syndication - where our news items will be delivered direct to your desktop!
5. TIP - To return to the Homepage wherever you are on our site, just click the BE logo in the top left hand corner!
6. Ever wondered exactly where an event is in the country? Then click into Switch to Map View' in the Event Calendar to find out where to head!
7. If you want the contact details of an event press office abroad or simply want to phone Blenheim International Horse Trials, then look no further than the Media Centre, accessed via the Homepage, where you find all these details and more, including some interesting Eventing facts and figures.
8. No visit to the website would be complete without a look at the new Shop. With clothes, books and accessories and the latest Team GBR kit to support your teams this year. You can also fill your basket with BE goodies such as entries, day tickets and season tickets for your horse.
9. Joining or renewing your Membership with BE has never been easier. Our new online system is quick and simple and is accessible off the Homepage.
10. In About Us you will find everything from In your Region to BE Travel and Sponsorship to Coaching and Training - essential pages for all Eventers.
